Commissioners for Oaths – Form IDI Identity Service

An ID1 form is a standard document used by solicitors and official bodies, such as the Land Registry, to confirm an individual’s identity. It is commonly required during property transactions to help prevent identity fraud. The form is used to verify identity for conveyancing-related transactions, transfers of equity, changes in registration, or charges.

Our team provides professional ID1 form identity verification services throughout the week. A qualified solicitor will carefully review your documents and complete the verification process efficiently and securely.

Documents Required for ID1 Identity Verification

When attending an appointment for ID1 form identity verification, please bring:

  • Valid proof of your identity (passport, driving licence, or other acceptable ID)
  • Two recent, identical passport-size colour photographs (taken within the last three months), which must:
    1. Be printed on photographic paper
    2. Clearly show your full face

Our solicitor will verify your identity, sign and date the back of one photograph, and attach it securely to your ID1 form, ensuring it meets all legal requirements.
